On the Streets of Denver

On the Streets of Denver

It's pretty difficult to pull off a quality panning shot. Despite the main subject(s) not being completely in focus I reckon this still qualifies, considering the central position of the vespa in the frame and the passenger's cool side saddle pose. Not to mention the colours, sense of motion and all round atmosphere in this great composition by Steve Williams.

Steve - cheers for letting me feature this here on vespamore ; )

Triumph Herald Vitesse

Seen a couple of streets away from the afore mentioned Sunbeam Alpine was this very nice Triumph Herald Vitesse; rarely seen these days 'in the wild', even less so the sportier Vitesse version.

Here is another Herald I shot on film which was then x-processed and funnily enough also a Vitesse, see here, here and here

Sunbeam Alpine IV

Sunbeam Alpine IV

This was another very cool find seen not far from South Kensington in early November; love the slightly raised rear end giving this 'gentleman's driver' an air of speed and intent...

The Sunbeam Alpine was actually the very first 'Bond Car' as modelled by Sean Connery in Dr No below..

Sport Maserati

I love the Citroen SM (Sport Maserati); I don't think there are many cooler classics than these...

I spotted this one in west London in late October. Another I shot on 35mm film; my preferred photography medium - here
