Some cool shots here taken by Jenny Markley (I believe on film) at the NSP (Not) Summit Point rally in Gettysburg, PA - you can view the full set by clicking here

Jenny is a photographer I admire; see previous post on her work here she also has great taste & I have to 'fess up to having serious 'scooter envy' over Jenny's lovely original SS180 & GS150 vespa scooters! Being a big fan of original or 'rustored' scooters, these have got be two of the nicest I've seen...

According to the quoted rally info below; this was what was in store for visiting scooterists & going by Jenny's shots, looks like it lived up to the hype...

"The old Summit Point rally is back for the 21st year, hosted by the Soul Survivors Motorscooter Club… it’s the traditional DC camping rally and the Mid-Atlantic region’s largest and oldest vintage scooter camping event.
Our location is the same as last year, Gettysburg Moose Park in Gettysburg PA. Plenty of room for camping, and it has a great pavilion, stage, bathrooms (but no showers), and best of all – no other campers, just us.
Admission is $35, and with that you get: two nights camping; a patch and some other crap; breakfast and dinner Saturday; awards if we like your scooter; and various scooter related events. Plus we are hosting a swap meet on Saturday in the pavilion.
So if you like camping, if you like a bonfire and the clink of a cold bottle being opened, then come join us for a weekend of old school madness and gladness!"

Thanks Jenny for letting me blog these great shots ; )
