David's Sprint

David from Zaragoza in Spain sent me these shots of his nicely restored Motovespa 150 Sprint - gracias David ; ) Click on images to view large.

I used to own a similar un-restored Motovespa Sprint in it's original pale metallic blue paint; it was a great scooter. The Spanish vespas can often be looked down upon but the frames were apparently pressed from thicker gauge steel than Piaggio's own factory used. Of the countries producing vespas under licence; Germany, France, UK, Spain, Spain was by far the most successful. Fotos of my old Motovespa Sprint here

Feel free to email me pics of your rides; I'm always happy to share decent images here on the vespamore blog; all I ask is that the photos you send are of good quality & well composed, oh & no babies/kids/pets on scooters - thanks!!

You can email your shots to me at vespamore@hotmail.co.uk
