Vespa 98 - Risorgere su due ruote

I received my copy of the latest quarterly Veteran Vespa Club journal in the post yesterday; in it is an article written by editor Ashley Lenton about this new book on Piaggio's first production Vespa scooter after the prototypes 'Paperino' & MP6 - the Vespa 98.

I haven't seen it but Ashley goes on to say this "breathtaking" book should really be in the library of serious Vespa enthusiasts; although written in Italian, Ashley points out the language barrier is somewhat overcome by the extensive use of photography on it's subject.

The book (ISBN No. 88-85381-30-8) is available on Mauro Pascoli's website - clink link here It's not cheap at 72 Euros but I'll bet it's well worth it in terms of the quality you get for your money.
