Believe this was an SS180 vespa underneath bodywork, specially constructed in 1967 for a movie called " Dick Smart, Agent 2007 " starring Richard Wyler, Margaret Lee and Rosanna Tapados .
At least in the movie it was able to FLY like a helicopter, DIVE like a submarine and RACE on the road like a super-Vespa !
